This was our first time to Efteling. We met up with some friends and liked the park so much we bought season tickets. They have a huge fairy tale section you can walk through with a story telling tree and different characters that will talk to you as you go through. They also have a lot of great rides and the park itself is really beautiful with lots of trees. They have these great little old-fashioned looking sleds you can rent with wheels so you can pull the kids through the park. The kids loved them.
Here is the story-telling tree. It's mouth and eyes move so it is like the tree is really alive. Very cool.
This was at a little playground in the park. They have several great play areas if you want to take a break from going on rides and just let the kids play.
They also have a really beautiful fountain, lights, and fire show every evening. It reminded me of the Bellagio fountain in Las Vegas. Very beautiful.

What an amazing trip you guys had! I've never been to one, but I like the arboreal feel of the park. My favorite part would have to be the fire-water-and-light fountain. The kids look uber adorable, BTW. I hope they're all in the best of health! Thanks for sharing!
