Pictures of the boys and our new dog Keyara

Here is proud Xavier and his new dog Keyara. He loves her and is already calling her his best friend. She is great with kids, does not shed hair on the furniture and is already partially paper trained. We still have to complete her potty training of course but she is a very smart dog so hopefully the training won't take that long. She is only 3 months old and still needs a couple of vaccinations before we can take her for walks outside but she loves running around our back garden and playing with Xavier. Both Xavier and Julien were really excited to get a dog so the first couple of days were a bit stressful to keep the boys from stepping on her or holding her too tight but now they are doing really well. Julien still scares the dog sometimes because he jumps up and down near her. But luckily she knows how to avoid getting stepped on. She is a really sweet and loving dog. A member of the family already.

Here are some pictures from our latest trip to Bayern Park. Aren't the boys getting big.

Xavier got some presents from his Grandparents in America. He got two laser guns and a laser sword. He loves them and so does Julien. They love to chase imaginary monsters with them. They are a bit loud though so I have to limit the amount of time they can play with them so I don't go crazy. They are really cool toys though, Thanks Mom and Dad.

Our land

This street light is at the border of our property and our neighbors property.

Here are some pictures of the land we are buying for our new house. We still have not had anyone come to see our current house to buy it though so it will most likely be a while before we can start building our new house on the land.
The building area is brand new so there are no houses there yet. There are a total of 74 lots and they are building a really nice playground just down the street from our lot.
The area directly behind our property has no plans in the future to be developed because the city does not own it. There is a green space directly behind our lot as well that can not ever be developed. So we should have our view remain pretty much the same for the next 20 years or more.
People with children receive a discount on buying the land so there should be a lot of people with kids moving into the neighborhood. The town is very well situated only 11 minutes from the A92 motorway so it will be a lot faster for us to drive places. We also have a train station in town that goes to Freising where Thierry works as well as Munich and Regensburg.
Hopefully we can sell our house next year and start building right away.
We will keep you posted on our progress.
