We went to a wonderful zoo in Arnhem, Netherlands called Burgers Zoo and it was beautiful. I think this is my favorite zoo I have ever been to. They had several indoor areas including an indoor rain forest with a waterfall. The safari area was beautiful as well with covered bridges along the walk way around all the animals. Very beautiful.
This was the desert area with all the animals that come from desert climates. It was also mostly indoor and it felt like we were really in a desert.
This was a wonderful indoor playground. It was raining a lot when we came here so we really appreciated all the indoor exhibits and especially this playground. They also had really good food in the dining area.
Here is the aquarium area. They even had hammer head sharks. I loved it. Very well done.

The gorilla's had a lot of babies with them. They were all indoors because of the rain so we saw them in their indoor enclosure. The babies were so adorable. It was great to see them running around playing.
This is the outdoor playground but due to the rain there were no kids playing there. We will have to go again when the weather is better.
