Julien's first hair cut

Here are some pictures of my baby boys first hair cut. It was so sad to cut his beautiful curls but they were starting to look out of control so it had to be done.
He was not happy at all to have it cut. He screamed the entire time and did his best to prevent me from cutting any more. It is a miracle it looks OK.
I gave Xavier a hair cut as well so he didn't feel left out and so he can look good for his first day of kindergarten tomorrow.
They each got some gummy bears to cheer them up after the whole experience.
Maybe next time I will pay someone else to cut their hair and avoid all the drama.

Trip to France

Here are some pictures of our recent trip to France for our niece Nolwen's baptism. Thierry was very proud to be named as Godfather. Don't they all look handsome in their suits?
This is the first time I managed to dress both boys up in a suit so I was very pleased. We went to Pierre's parents house after the baptism for a lovely lunch. There were a lot of other kids there for Xavier and Julien to play with so they had a great time. They even had a little black kitten for the kids to play with and a swimming pool. We didn't bring our swimming suits so we didn't go swimming but we had a great time seeing everyone. We brought some beer from Dorfen for them to try and the guys seemed to really like it. The entire case was gone in one day.

We were only there for a short time because we got sick and decided to return home early. Good thing too because Julien threw up right after we got home. We are all feeling much better now though and we are very happy to have been there for Nolwen's big day.

Here are a few recent pictures of the boys. Xavier is such a goofball sometimes. He just loves to pull faces when I am taking a picture. He gets that from his Dad.

We went to Bayern Park again. We love it there.
