Xavier's 5th Birthday!!!

Here are some pictures of Xavier's birthday party. We went to a wonderful Beergarten in Munich called Hirschau with a great play area for the kids. We all had a great time. It was wonderful seeing our friends. Thanks to all those who came and especially thanks to Esther and Peggy for bringing some food to share with everyone.
Xavier loves all his presents especially the roller/scooter we got him. He rides that all the time now.

We leave shortly for Frankfurt to go to the U.S. Consulate for Thierry's green card interview. Wish us luck. After that we are going on to Paris and will stay 2 nights at a wonderful kid friendly hotel that even has a pirate ship in the pool and we will go to Disneyland Paris for one day. Xavier is really excited for that. Then we will travel around France and visit Thierry's family to say our goodbyes before moving to the U.S. We will be sure to post lots of pictures of our trip to France as soon as we get back.

Happy Birthday my sweet little Xavier. I guess you are not so little any more. We love you.

Julien's first day of Kindergarten

Here are some pictures of Julien's first day of kindergarten. He is so excited that he can finally go with Xavier to kindergarten. He had no problems being left there and when I came to pick him up later he did not want to go home. He was having far too much fun playing. He has been going there with me and Thierry every morning and afternoon when we drop off Xavier and pick him up for over 2 years so he was very happy that he can stay now and play as well. Xavier has been great at helping Julien get comfortable there and playing with him so he does not get scared that Mama and Papa are not there. We are so proud of both of our boys. They are turning into such sweet kids. We love you. Congratulations Julien for starting Kindergarten. You are growing up so fast.

Keeley and Peter's wedding 28 August 2010

Here are some pictures from Keeley and Peter's beautiful wedding. Her dress was gorgeous and the church was incredible. We also went to a lovely restaurant afterward and had a delicious meal and dancing. I was not able to dance because I still have an infection from my c-section but Aurélie had a great time dancing with Elodie. She fell right to sleep. Thank you for giving Aurélie her first dance Elodie.

It was great seeing everyone again. Many of you I have not seen in a long time so it was a wonderful reunion. Even Susi came from South Africa. She will be moving to Egypt soon so I just want to wish her luck and we hope you have a wonderful life there with Mohammad. It was also great to see Ange and Paul who came from England for the wedding. It was great talking with you and catching up. We miss you and hope to see you again soon. I was also happy to see Elodie again who came from Toulouse for the wedding and I almost did not recognize without her glasses. You look great darling.

A big thanks to all those that took turns holding Aurélie. It was nice to be able to relax for a while. She loved being held the entire time as well. Only 7 weeks old and already spoiled. Ha ha.

Keeley you were an incredibly beautiful bride. You just glowed. Thank you for inviting me to your wedding. I had a great time. We wish you lots of happiness and a wonderful life with Peter. You make a great couple.
