Christmas photos

Here are some pictures of our holidays in France. We stayed with Thierry's parents for 9 days and then spent one night with Thierry's Aunt Marie-Thérèse and Uncle Michel. Xavier was extremely difficult during the trip so we had to cut it a little short. Plus both boys were sick at the beginning of the trip and then all of Thierry's family got sick. Thierry's Mom made us some wonderful food while we were there. We also had a wonderful lunch at Thierry's Aunt Annie and Uncle Francis' house. And then on New Year's Day we ate a wonderful dinner prepared by Thierry's Uncle Michel. Yum Yum.


It was great to see all of Thierry's cousins and even a couple of friends from school. Thierry's friends had kids as well so that made Julien and Xavier happy. Thierry's cousin Angélique also has a little girl named Léa that is only 1 day older than Julien. We also got to meet Aline and Pierre's new baby girl Nolwen. She is so beautiful.
























Xavier got so many presents during this trip. He sure is a spoiled little boy.































It was great to see all of Thierry's Grandparents.























These pictures were taken at a great park right next to a little lake that is located in Bordeaux. The lake is right next to a bridge that was designed by Eiffel who also designed the Eiffel tower.
Julien loved playing with the rocks. He wanted to eat them but his mean Mommy took the rocks out of his mouth.
























































































We went to visit Thierry's school friend Gérald and his wife Isabelle and 2 kids. Xavier and Julien had a great time because their kids were the same age.




























This was a carosel at the Christmas market in Bordeaux. Xavier loved going on the rides.




























Here we are at Thierry's other school friend Michael and his wife Natasha and little girl Mathilda. It was great for the kids to play together.




























Here is Thierry's cousin Hubert. Julien loved him right away.



Here are Thierry's aunt Annie, Uncle Francis, and cousins Hubert and Gaétan, also Thierry's lovely Grandmother. We drove up with Thierry's sister Isabelle for a wonderful lunch.

All in all it was a wonderful trip. It was great to visit with everyone and enjoy such wonderful food. We look forward to our next visit.
